This schedule shows the fees for the 2026 school year. Fees are reviewed annually and are subject to change.
All fees are quoted in Singapore dollars and exclude prevailing GST charges
Registration Fees (Non-Refundable)
The registration fee of $2000 is payable in full at the time of application.

Student Pass Application – Admin Fee – $300
International students applying for a student pass are required to pay the administrative fee for the application process.
MOE Exemption – Admin Fee – $300
Singaporean students applying for MOE exemption are expected to pay the administrative fee as part of the process.
School Concert Fee (if applicable) – $50 – $ 150
School events like Concert Day and Speech Day are wonderful opportunities for students to showcase their talents and skills, and they may take place twice a year. To enhance these experiences, there might be a participation fee, which can help cover essential costs such as props, costumes, and orchestra arrangements. This investment not only supports the event but also enriches the overall quality of the performances.
Administration Fee for Termly and Monthly payments – $50
Tuition fees are typically paid on a semester basis. However, if payments need to be made on a termly or monthly schedule, please note that an administrative fee of $50 will apply for each invoice issued. This information is detailed in Schedule B of the student contract.
Miscellaneous Administration Fee – $50
It covers administrative expenses including student records, testimonials, attendance records etc.
Ad hoc Session Fee – Full Day – $160, Half Day – $125
Late Payment Fee (if applicable) – 7% of tuition fees billed
A late payment fee may be incurred if fees are submitted after the ‘due date’ specified in Schedule B of the student contract. We appreciate your attention to this matter to ensure timely payments.
Trial Session and Observation Fee (3 days) – $1000

Local Cheque
Please ensure your cheque is crossed and made payable to MELBOURNE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL PTE LTD with the remittance portion of your invoice attached (if any).
The student’s name and invoice number must be written on the back of all cheque
Post-dated cheques or cheques in foreign currency are not accepted.
