Jayne Nadarajoo has been teaching, designing and implementing educational programmes for more than 30 years.
She founded the innovative White Lodge Education Group Services, then later The Melbourne International School (MIS) and ASPIRE Centre for Special Education to serve children with diverse needs.
Jayne has a Masters in Teaching and Learning from Hibernia College, Ireland combined with a Diploma in Child Psychology, advanced studies in Early Childhood Care and Education, Autism and Speech, and Educational Drama.
She is a member of SENIA Singapore and the International Association for Special Education in the US.

Aditi Rao brings in a unique mix of social welfare and business management with her strong academic background. She started her career as a social worker and over the years has 12 years’ experience of working in the field of disability, early childhood education and inclusive education. She has extensive experience in the Disability movement in India: raising awareness, sensitizing and training parents and professionals. Aditi has also worked with governmental and non-governmental committees advocating for the dignity and rights of persons with disabilities. She is also a trained NLP coach and is Advanced Certified Autism Specialist, from IBCCES (USA).

Ganesh Kanapathy Junior has more than 20 years of experience in education management. Together with his wife Jayne Nadarajoo, cofounded the Melbourne International School and the ASPIRE Centre for Special Education, which both serve students with diverse needs.
He also cofounded the White Lodge Education Group Services, which has since expanded to include 11 kindergartens across Singapore and Malaysia.
Ganesh has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Roehampton, a Diploma in Child Psychology and Counselling, and an International Coaching Federation certification.

Dr Whitney Goodrich Smith brings specialist expertise in developmental psychology, with extensive experience supporting children and adolescents across international school settings. Her work focuses on executive functioning, learning differences, and helping students build independence, self-regulation, and confidence in their learning.
She has worked closely with students, families and educators to design and implement practical strategies that support diverse learning needs. Whitney has particular experience working with neurodiverse learners, and in supporting schools to develop inclusive, strengths-based approaches that enable meaningful access to the curriculum.
Her work is grounded in a commitment to inclusive education and to supporting each student’s individual developmental pathway, with a focus on both academic progress and overall wellbeing.
